Honesty Is the Best Policy....Right?

Honesty....

Though I was very happy to receive everyone's advice regarding my recent downfall - I did not follow it.

Stretch of the truth - I was unable to get a fill on Monday the 20th due to work schedule conflicts. While this is indeed true...

Honesty - My six year wedding anniversary was on Friday and my husband and I planned a really nice "staycation" that involved incredible food events....

Well, for punishment I gained an additional pound.  Once again, I will take it - through out this gall bladder removal process I only gained two pounds.  I am okay with that.

Why am I okay with it - I am back now and ready to move forward.  I got a big girl fill yesterday and went back to the gym this morning!  It feels so good to feel banded once again!

New post with pics from this weekend to come!

Awesome staycation... doesn't it feel great to not fall apart and hit a wall when you slip up, the band has changed my slips ups by making them shorter and not as dramatic.... Than The band is right there waiting to pick you up and dust you off. You look great! *Maria*-blogger from "This one time at BAND Camp..." Follow my journey at mybigfatbandgeeklife.blogspot.com

Hope the fill helps - it should get back on track. Happy late anniversary! Hope you had a great time.

I'm sure you're not the only one who had a gain this weekend! lol! And as for me...after all my wonderful advice...I'm hiding from my scale! But reading you today reminds me to cut that out! Tomorrow, you and me...onward and downward!!

Hey we can only move forward when we are ready...the key is that you move forward eventually and you are doing that.

I cannot tell you the number of times I held off on the fill in order to give the place where I was (usually food quantity but sometimes it was knowing I would have to give up a food for a while) a good solid send off. You celebrated and now you are off to the races again :) That is great.
