Colls: Hi, I'm Colleen - welcome to my blog! I am a thirty-something year old girl who lives in NYC and loves to cook, eat and drink wine. So, it may be no surprise that I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. Once I turned 30 and hit 260 pounds I decided enough was enough! It was time to make a real change - a change that would be permanent but realistic. I was banded on 10.20.09. I am scared and excited - mostly excited to learn how to use my Lap Band to achieve a truly healthy lifestyle - forever!
