I have gone lean on clothes...woohoo on the clothes. I have gone lean on clothes here waiting for the next size as I have not found anyone to share with. It is awesome that someone near you is a fellow blogger and had some to share.

I agree with you on the WW meetings lack of developing relationship and the effective relationships we have/are developing with our blogs. I think it is because we share with each other and know each other. At WW I only knew the person I went to the meeting with. The rest of the time it was listen listen and learn a few hints then clap for the losers. Not much relationship development there. When I was gone no one noticed. When I was there not so much either. If you or another blogger goes missing for a while I seriously get worried for them and have even posted comments -an "is everything going OK" message. I think the difference is huge and I am grateful everyday that we have the privilege of building these relationships!Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16965135571189867376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1988681007752776207.post-84538259112951508822010-01-06T12:26:34.735-05:002010-01-06T12:26:34.735-05:00Colleen,
I liked yesterdays post on exercise, and...Colleen,

I liked yesterdays post on exercise, and I wrote about you on my blog:

Now, to the subject of EXERCISE. Band blogger Colleen who writes on "This time I mean it", had the ultimate exercise question. Basically, if we like to exercise, and we like the results, why don't we do it? I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I think most of us have some form of exercise that we actually like. I didn't like to move AT all at my heaviest. But, there was a time when I enjoyed running. ALOT. My body is liberal and generous with endorphins. When I was in my best shape, I was running between three and ten miles a day. After the first 1/2 mile, I would literally be floating... my mind was clear, and it was just an amazing feeling. And as equally satisfying? I was 119 lbs and a size 6 (out of the dryer size 6!), and at 5'7", that's nice and lean. So, why am I not running now that I'm at a weight where I could easily do so? Seriously, I'm ASKING. I don't know the answer to that. I really don't.

Glad you got some cute new clothes!

LaraBand-Babehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04261494642455058102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1988681007752776207.post-86364144419741256022010-01-06T10:50:22.173-05:002010-01-06T10:50:22.173-05:00Great to hear about the new clothes!!
